Innotek’s members are businesses, the Province of Antwerp, research institutions, banks, an educational institution and intermediary organisations dedicated to the region’s economic development.

Innotek is administered by a general meeting of all its members.

There is also a board of directors, tasked with monitoring activities. View the list of our 25 board members.

An executive team is responsible for day-to-day management. The executive team comprises president Ludo Helsen (member of the Provincial Executive), Jos Geuens (member of the Provincial Executive), Lode Hofmans (member of the Provincial Council) and Ludo Veuchelen (SCK).
